For month-to-month contracts, billing takes place on the first of the month. If new accounts are created (or new extensions added) in the middle of the month, they will be pro-rated appropriately. There will be no refunds given for extensions or accounts that cancel before the end of their month and billing cycle.
For annual contracts, billing takes place the day you sign up for the service. If you would like to add an extension in the middle of the year, we will go ahead and charge you a pro-rated amount on the day of the new extension activation. This pro-rated amount will take into consideration the discount you received when you signed up for the annual service. No refunds will be given to those who cancel before the end of the year as stipulated in the contract.
